Salt Lake City Police Department is investigating a homicide after a woman was found dead in a SLC home that sits along the Jordan River.
Police responded to a house located at 1650 West 500 North, Salt Lake City, UT., Monday evening.
Police say they were conducting a welfare check when they found a woman dead.
Detectives say they are investigating the incident as a homicide.
