Karen Hile of Harrisburg has been identified as the person killed following a head-on crash in Londonderry Township Wednesday morning.
Pennsylvania State Police were called to the accident at 9:27 AM after a Nissan Sedan and a GMC pickup collided on East Harrisburg Pike Near Deodate road.
Police say the operators of both vehicles were transported to Hershey Medical Center with injuries. One of the victims, 51-year-old Karen Hile, was later pronounced dead at the hospital. source
The driver of the other vehicle, 76-year-old Belvin Cobb is being treated for serious injuries at Hershey Medical Center.
No other information on the incident was made available by officials.
