Sue Doody, the founder of Lindey’s Restaurant in German Village area of Columbus, Ohio, has died after a battle with cancer.
Doody, 83, founded the restaurant in 1981.
The Doody family released a statement on Facebook:
“It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our cherished mother and grandmother, Sue Doody – founder of Lindey’s, whose valiant and tough-fought battle with cancer has come to an end. Our hearts are heavy, and we know many in the central Ohio community loved her as we do and mourn with us.” source
