The victim, Chekesia Clemons, and her friend were attempting to dine at the Waffle House – when they were approached by the staff for an unknown reason.
Clemons reportedly had an argument with one of the waitresses during her meal. The waitress called 911 and police responded.
Clemons can be seen in the video sitting passivly as a police officer claws at her midsection.
