Symphony Hannah, the 4-month-old girl who is the subject of a Silver Alert out of Bristol Monday, was visited by her father shortly before she and her mother Tatiana Jackson went missing.
Bristol police say Symphony and her mother were visited by the Department of Children and Families who were performing a welfare check on the pair. While on scene, interviewers discovered the child’s father, Sidney Hannah, also inside the residence. Hannah is currently on a full no-contact restraining order barring him from contact with Symphony and Jackson.
Hannah is also wanted on several outstanding arrest warrants, including one for fleeing from police.
DCF later returned to the residence with police and found no one home.
The incident remains under investigation by the patrol and criminal investigations division of the Bristol Police Department and DCF.
Police said they are also actively searching unspecified addresses. source
