NY Man Anthony Saccone Charged Murder in DWI Crash That Killed 3 in Onondaga

Anthony Saccone was officially indicted on three counts of second-degree murder in connection with a two-car crash that killed three people in the town of Onondaga, NY.

Saccone, of Camillus, was taken into custody Monday. He was previously out on $100,000 bail. His new bail was set at $1 million cash or $2 million bond.

Baylie C. Rose, 19, was driving a 2014 Chevrolet Impala south on Onondaga Road  when she drove into the intersection of Onondaga Boulevard and Onondaga Road at about 3:40 a.m. Feb. 23, police said. Her vehicle was struck by a 2015 GMC Acadia operated by Saccone, 30, police said. source

Rose and two passengers, Michael S. Walker, 18, and Samra Osmanovic, 20, were all pronounced deceased at the scene, police said.

Following the crash, Saccone was seen fleeing the scene and was later located by using a state police bloodhound at his mother’s residence on Onondaga Boulevard.
