Lee County circuit judge, Jay Rosman, was arrested in Naples on Friday night after trying to employ a prostitute.
Rosman, of the 20th judicial circuit, was arrested in a sting and charged with soliciting prostitution and resisting an officer without violence during an operation conducted by Naples Police.
Police said he contacted an undercover officer over the phone and arranged to meet at a hotel. When they met up, Rosman negotiated to pay $300 for sex. He was arrested along with five other men at a location on 9th Street North.
Rosman’s bond was set at $2,000, which he paid around midnight Saturday.
The men arrested range in age from 29 to 70. source
Actor Patrick Boll was also arrested in the sting along with 5 others.
The actor’s credits include “Gossip Girl,” “How to be Single,” and “Burn After Reading.”
Boll was booked for soliciting prostitution and released after posting bail.
