Sedalia police are searching for Justin K. Lewis, over the stabbing murder of, Heather McClellan, of Sedalia, Missouri. She was 33.
The Pettis County prosecutor obtained an arrest warrant for Lewis, 28, aka “Country,” who is allegedly connected to the homicide of McClellan.
Police said the warrant is for second-degree murder, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
Police said they were originally dispatched to an assault with a weapon Jan. 15 in the 400 block of East Seventh Street, and when they arrived officers found 33-year-old Heather McClellan. McClellan later died at Bothwell Regional Health Center from apparent stab wounds, police said. source
Police said Lewis is considered armed and dangerous, and if anyone knows his whereabouts, they should not approach him, but should call the nearest law enforcement agency.
