Friday, a city in North Texas is welcoming the opening of the mother of all community swimming pools.
Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark in Grand Prairie, TX will officially open its doors to the public on January 12, 2018. The massive complex is billed as a “cruise ship on land.”
Funded and owned by the taxpayers of Grand Prairie, the 80,000 square-foot indoor waterpark, with a retractable roof, has 11 waterslides and an outdoor wave pool.
The massive waterpark is part of a larger community complex which includes a fitness center, theatre, and media center.
