UPDATE: Authorities now saying at least 5 are dead including the shooter.
At least three people have been killed at Rancho Tehama School, Stagecoach Rd, Corning, CA, in an elementary school shooting.
“I know of at least three deaths,” Tehama County Assistant Sheriff Phil Johnston told KCRA. It is unknown at this time whether any of the students are among the dead. A 6-year-old is undergoing treatment for two gunshot wounds and a second child was reportedly shot in the leg.
Several students have been airlifted out of the premises at Rancho Tehama School as a result of the shooting, which officials say began at 8am. The shooter has been killed by law enforcement. source
