University of Missouri LOCKDOWN Over Suicidal Woman With Handgun On Campus

Police on the campus of the University of Missouri in Columbia are looking for an alleged woman roaming campus with a handgun threatening suicide.

According to the campus emergency alert website the woman was last seen walking near Memorial Union.

The woman is described as a black woman wearing a Mizzou hoodie and brown pants and wearing flip flops, according to the university. It is possible she was first spotted in the area of the MU Chemistry building. source

MU Alerts is calling this an active threat.

The university’s website is encouraging students to call their parents to tell them that you are safe.
