There are now two suspects in custody after Thursday’s quadruple homicide, according to the Casa Grande Police Department.
The victims have been identified as 32-year-old Justin Allen Yates, 27-year-old Jose Martin Aguilera, 31-year-old Connie Carrera, and 29-year-old Crysta Proctor.
Investigators have determined this was a domestic violence crime, according to the release.
Two suspects, Alec Javier Perez, 31 and Rodney Ortiz Jr., 22, were taken into custody and booked into the Pinal County Adult Detention Center Thursday night, according to a CGPD media release.
One of the victims, Crysta Proctor, was the estranged wife of suspect Alec Perez.
Investigators have asked the Pinal County Attorney’s Office to charge both suspects with 4 counts of 1st Degree Murder.
