Shreveport, LA., police have identified Roy Narcisse and Kiana Williams, as the couple they are seeking in the stabbing death of an elderly woman. The pair face second-degree murder charges.
Narcisse and Williams, both 25, are accused of murdering 82-year-old Kathleen Cates and stealing her car. Narcissee is from Alexandria and Williams is from Ville Platte.
Both suspects have known addresses and associates in central and south Louisiana. The victim’s car has not yet been recovered.
The car is a 2005 beige or tan colored Honda Accord that was bearing Louisiana license plate number NKL858 at the time it was taken.source
Police found Cates dead in he rhome in the 800 block of E. Washington Street in the Anderson Island neighborhood.
