Florida man, Everett Glenn Miller, has been charged with first-degree murder of a Kissimmee police officer, who was fatally shot Friday night. Another officer was also shot and is currently listed in “grave critical condition.”
Kissimmee police were responding to a suspicious person call in an area known for drug activity when the deadly shooting took place. Miller, 45, shot the Officer Matthew Baxter in the head at close range.
Both officers were taken to Osceola Regional Medical Center in Kissimmee where Baxter died and Sgt. Sam Howard is listed in “grave critical condition,” authorities said. O’Dell said Howard’s prognosis is not promising. source

Too bad when he reached for his waistband they didn't shoot him.
It would be great if he could be found hanged from a lamppost. These ferel dogs need to be put down. Civil rights should only be for those that show civility.
