PICTURED: 21-Year-Old Dillon SC Shooting Victim IDENTIFIED

Octavius Richardson has been identified as the person who died at the hospital early Wednesday morning after being shot in Dillon.

According to the Dillon County Sheriff’s Office, Richardson, 21, aka, Chris Richardson, was shot at the Sunflower Place Apartments on McNeil Street.

Dillon County Coroner Donnie Grimsley said he plans an autopsy to determine the cause of death, however, a family member said Richardson was speaking to his mother in the kitchen of her home when he was shot twice.
