Officials announced David Desper turned himself in over a teen who was shot and killed during a road rage incident.
Chester County officials announced that Desper, 28, of Trainer, turned himself in to police around 2 a.m. Sunday morning in the shooting death of Bianca Roberson, 18, (pictured below.) Desper is charged with 1st and 3rd degree murder.
He was denied bail and is being held in Chester County prison. Hogan also announced investigators recovered the truck and gun involved in the incident shortly after Desper turned himself in. Roberson was killed in a road rage incident in West Goshen Township, just west of Philadelphia, Wednesday evening.
She and another driver in the pickup truck were traveling along Route 100.
Police say they were both trying to merge into the same lane when Desper, in the pickup truck, shot Roberson in the head, killing her.
After the cars collided, Roberson’s car left the roadway and hit a tree.
