DPS says Williams was traveling north on Quinlan Park Road toward FM 620.
A witness who saw Williams pass by says he was traveling at a high rate of speed.
DPS says Williams then lost control of the car and struck a tree in the center median on Quinlan Park Road near Steiner Ranch Elementary School. h/t
