Multiple people were shot and killed on Beacon Avenue and Lillian Avenue, in North St. Louis, including a 7-year-old shot in the head, on Thursday afternoon.
Three adults in their 30’s, two males and a female, were pronounced dead at the scene. The 7-year-old has been rushed to the hospital.
