Witnesses said a fight between the two little boys escalated when the adults got involved. At some point, New York City man, Tremaine Jamison, produced a gun and shot Brown dead.

Police say the fatal shooting occurred Wednesday night on Mark Drive in the Marion Terrace Apartment Complex in Hanover Township, PA. The complex is listed on the internet as “low income” housing.

Brown’s wife, Antionette Nimmons, said it was supposed to be a day to celebrate her 6-year-old son’s graduation from kindergarten, but instead, it was where her loving husband was shot and killed. “An altercation between two 6-year-old boys is the reason why I don’t have my kid’s father with me today,” Nimmons said. h/t

State police named Jamison, 27, from New York City as the shooter. He has not yet been apprehended. They said he lives in the Harlem area of New York City. Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to contact police.
