A pair of earthquakes rattled the Santa Barbara area Tuesday night.
The quakes were measured at a preliminary magnitude of 4.1 and 3.1, according to the USGS.
They hit just west of Isla Vista in Santa Barbara County around 9:43 p.m.
No major damage was reported, but on Twitter people in the Santa Barbara area reported feeling a significant shaking.
