Four people, including a police chief, were killed in a shooting at a nursing home in central Ohio Friday.
An officer was shot at the Pine Kirk Care Center in Kirkersville, which is about 25 miles east of Columbus, wmur reports.
Kirkersville police chief Steven Eric Disario, 36, died in the shooting. Police said that he has six children and a seventh on the way.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol said that the shooter has been “neutralized” but would not say if that meant that the suspect was dead.
