VIA: Police are searching for a 10-year-old girl who hasn’t been seen in over three hours.
Elise Larson walked out of her home at the Parkside Apartments near Park St. and Pioneer Rd. around 6:20 p.m., according to Rexburg Police officer Peter Noel.
“She and her dad were going to visit their family farm in Hibbard,” Noel tells EastIdahoNews.com. “Her dad walked out the door one minute after she did and Elise was gone.”
Elise’s father looked for her for about 30 minutes before calling police.
Officers and dozens of neighbors are currently searching door-to-door and entering different neighborhoods to look for Elise. A command post has been set up at the entrance of the apartment complex.
Elise was wearing a cream dress with blue flowers, red socks, white leggings and red boots. She has brown hair.
If you see Elise or know where she may be, police ask that you immediately call 911.
