Fox News “Hannity & Colmes” Alan Colmes DEAD At 66

Sean Hannity‘s former Fox News co-host, Alan Colmes, has passed away. He was 66.

Colmes, the more liberal half of popular, Hannity & Colmes, died after a brief illness, according to Fox News and several of his friends and co-workers.

Colmes is best known for being the liberal half of the former warring pundit team, “Hannity & Colmes.” On the air, in a segment announcing Colmes’ death, Sean Hannity described Colmes as “one of the nicest, kindest, and most generous people.” It was one of many tributes that flowed in from Colmes’ news media colleagues, who widely regarded him as humble and kind in a world in which political debate has increasingly coarsened. Colmes leaves behind his professor wife of 13 years, Jocelyn Elise Crowley, who is the sister of GOP foreign policy adviser Monica Crowley.

Colmes’ death follow the recent passing of Brenda Buttner, also a Fox News Anchor and host.
