Dallas born, Lindsay, 31, clocks in at one of the few girls this season that is considered “age appropriate” for the four time Bachelor alum, 36-year-old, Nick Viall. And Lindsay’s no cheap date, this smarty pants sports a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and sports management.

It’s not the first time the smart-bombshell has made headlines, in 2013, she was involved in a lawsuit over a car accident for “negligently failing to control her vehicle, thereby causing a collision between hers and a car driven by the plaintiff.” Lindsay was accused of allegedly causing the car accident. She settled a lawsuit pertaining to the case after paying $12,500 to an undisclosed plaintiff.
