Four people have reportedly died and at least 40 more were injured Saturday when a bus carrying football team members from Ramah Juco Academy in Rock Hill, S.C., crashed into an overpass on Interstate 74 near Rockingham.
The team was traveling to play a game against the University of God’s Chosen Disciples when the accident occurred.
Images from the scene showed the side wall of the bus had been almost sheared off, and injured people were lying on the ground. Westbound lanes were closed on Interstate 74 where the heavily damaged bus ran off the road and into the median. h/t wral
