Donald Trump said today on Twitter, he was “right on radical Islamic terrorism” on the heels of the worst mass shooting in American history.
The suspect in the attack, Omar Mateen, killed at least 50 people and injured another 53 during the rampage at gay nightclub Pulse located in Orlando Florida.
“Appreciate the congrats for being right on radical Islamic terrorism, I don’t want congrats, I want toughness & vigilance. We must be smart!” the presumptive Republican presidential nominee tweeted, though officials have yet to publicly confirm any ties to terrorism. h/t politco
