Transportation to the library will be by shuttle from a bank property in Simi Valley. The funeral will be held on Friday at the Ronald Reagan Presidential Library in Simi Valley, California.

The White House released a proclamation Monday directing federal buildings, embassies, military posts and naval vessels to lower flags to half-staff “as a mark of respect” for the former first lady until after her interment. h/t abc7news
