With 99 percent of the votes counted, Ted Cruz trumped Trump as the clear winner.
Fox News announced at approximately 10:24 Eastern time that they were calling the race for Ted Cruz, with 99% of precincts reporting. Cruz had 28 percent of the vote while Trump under-performed with 24 percent. Marco Rubio had a better than expected showing, barely finishing behind Trump with 23 percent. h/t westernjournalism
