Oregon militia spokesman Robert “LaVoy” Finicum has been identified as the man killed by the FBI during a traffic stop in Oregon Tuesday evening.
In a statement Tuesday, the FBI said one individual “who was a subject of a federal probable cause arrest is deceased,” but gave other information about the deceased.
