Prosecutors have charged, Lakeisha Holloway, the woman who drove her vehicle over a sidewalk on the Las Vegas Strip, killing one and injuring 35, with 71 counts, including 30 counts of attempted murder with a deadly weapon with 4 of those counts enhanced because the victims were 60 or older.

Hollyway, 24, was also charged with 2 counts of child abuse because an 11-year-old was struck by the car and Holloway’s own 3-year-old daughter occupied the vehicle during the horrifying crash.

Holloway was found to be sober at the time of the crash, but claimed she was exhausted from lack of sleep. Tests later found marijuana in her system.
