A Greyhound bus has overturned on U.S. Highway 101 at state Route 85 in San Jose, CA, causing major traffic delays.
Firefighters were seen trying to access passengers through the vehicle’s roof trapdoor. There is no official report on how many people were traveling on the bus and how many may have incurred injuries at this time. (Updated below.)
According to the CHP, two of the roughly 40 passengers aboard the Greyhound bus were killed. A Greyhound spokeswoman said she was looking into the matter and didn’t immediately confirm it was a Greyhound bus. h/t nbcbayarea
