Kelly Rutherford‘s kids are not coming back to the U.S.A anytime soon, this after a judge just granted full custody to her ex-husband Daniel Giersch, who relocated to Monaco.
The ruling is a devastating loss for the “Gossip Girl” actress, who’s been fighting Giersch for custody of her young children, Hermes, 9, and Helena, 6.
