The Nye County Sheriff’s Department received Lamar Odom‘s blood tests and, as most of us have concluded by now, it tested positive for cocaine.
Sheriff Sharon Wehrly said previously that if cocaine was found in Odom’s blood, there would be a “distinct possibility” he would be prosecuted on drug charges.
Law enforcement sources tell us the Nye County Sheriff’s Department received the results of the blood that was drawn at the hospital in Las Vegas … and we’re told it showed cocaine was indeed in Odom’s system when he was admitted. h/t tmz
