Adam West Comments On His Fallen Batgirl Yvonne Craig

OG Batman, Adam West commented on his girl, batgirl, saying that it was way “too soon,” for her to fly away into the great bat yonder.

West, 86, took to social media to pay tribute and his condolences to the woman who put the ‘hot girl’ in Batgirl.

“I was deeply saddened for us to lose Yvonne,” wrote West. “It was too soon. She always brought humor and a fine attitude to our stage. She was a joy to work with. A good person. My heartfelt condolences to Yvonne’s family. We will miss her.” h/t comicbook

Craig passed away on Monday after a hard fought battle with cancer. While she was best known for her role as ‘Batgirl’ in the popular 60s series, Batman, she also appeared in numerous TV series and was a bonafide pinup girl.
