Four Hells Angels Motorcycle Club riders, departing a holiday toy drive, were arrested after being stopped for committing traffic violations.
All four were arrested and taken into custody on suspicion of drug and weapons charges, the Ventura County Sheriff’s Office said Monday.
They were among about a dozen motorcyclists in Hells Angels patches driving south on Maricopa Highway toward North Ventura Avenue in Mira Monte, according to the release. Deputies conducted an enforcement stop nearby after seeing traffic violations. During the “subsequent investigation,” deputies found two concealed loaded firearms, methamphetamine and brass knuckles. ktla
The Hells Angels are deemed a criminal “outlaw motorcycle gang” by the U.S. Department of Justice.
