I know this list is mostly for Real World cast members. But, Real World, Road Rules, and The Challenges cast members have been on multiple overlapping shows for MTV.

Michelle Leigh Parma January 14,1975- October 19,2002. She was on Road Rules Europe at the age of 21, from Dallas, TX. Then went on to do a Challenge, “Extreme Challenge” in 2001.
