Halle Berry and Gabriel Aubry had it out in court over the actress’s claim he’s trying to make their 6-year-old daughter, Nahla, appear white.
Halle argued Aubry was manipulating Nahla’s naturally-curly hair, by straightening and lightening it with highlights, in an effort to make the girl to appear to be less African American.
Halle didn’t show in court Monday morning, but her lawyer Steve Kolodny did, along with Gabriel and after a lot of arguing the judge ruled NEITHER Halle nor Gabriel could change Nahla’s look from its natural state. h/t tmz
The judge concluded that Nahla’s hair should be allowed to grow back naturally.
