Calvin Harris, who is up for two awards at the 20th annual MTV European Music Awards, has suddenly canceled his appearance citing a mystery illness.
Harris was slated to take the stage Sunday (Nov. 9) in Glasgow, Scotland.
He reportedly fell ill prior to the show. The network has confirmed the news on Facebook. “Hey #MTVEMA fans – we have some really sad news,” said a statement on the official page for the show. “Calvin Harris has taken ill and will not be able to perform at tomorrow’s show. He sends his sincere apologies. Get well soon, Calvin!” h/t billboard
