Deborah Delane Asher, 37, was arrested and charged with trafficking controlled substances in the first degree after being found with 3.37 grams of crystal meth and a set of digital scales..

2 meth drug arrests on Dolly Miller Road: Sheriff John Root is reporting that Laurel Sheriff’s Detective Jason Back along with Senior Sgt. Greg Poynter, Sgt. Brett Reeves, and Deputy Brandon Broughton arrested two individuals on Dolly Miller Road, 6 miles north of London early Tuesday morning November 4, 2014 at approximately 12:28 AM. The arrests were the result of a drug investigation conducted there after deputies located 2 subjects in possession of 3.37 grams of crystal meth and a set of digital scales. Arrested was Deborah Delane Asher age 37 Jackson Ln., Somerset and Richard Jeffrey Rice age 57 of Dolly Miller road, East Bernstadt both charged with trafficking in a controlled substance – first degree – first offense – methamphetamine and were lodged in the Laurel County detention facility. Assisting at the scene was KSP/CVE Ofc. Landry Collett and his K9 dog Medusa. Photos attached of drugs seized.
