Countless residents of Columbus, Ohio, are reporting a foul stench in the air.
Folks living in the area to the south and east are talking about it social media, describing it as a foul odor.
Dispatchers from Columbus Fire and Police, Gahanna Police, the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office, Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office, and the Ross County Sheriff’s Office tell 10TV that they have received complaints.
So what is it?
The Columbus Department of Sewers and Drains have employees checking out various locations, but nothing has been located.
The odor can be smelled in New Albany, Gahanna, Bexley, Whitehall, Reynoldsburg, Lockbourne, Southeast Columbus, Ashville, Rickenbacker Airport, Circleville, and Chillicothe.
