Armed suspect on the loose in North Hollywood after a high speed chase. The suspect is now barricaded in a home. It is not known whether or not anyone was home at the time the gunman entered the residence. Evacuations in progress. Kids being evacuated from area schools and being held at North Hollywood park.
Streets affected: Colfax Ave. @ the 11600 block of Hartsook.
