Kevin Roper, 35, of Jonesboro, has been charged with one count of death by auto and four counts of assault by auto in the crash involving comedian Tracy Morgan.
Roper was operating a Walmart tractor-trailer when it crashed into the limo bus carrying the comedian and others, a Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office said in a statement released Saturday. source
