Dominick Diorio, one of two men accused of allegedly punching V. Stiviano in the face, was arrested in NYC today.
According to authorities, Dominick Diorio, 40, from Long Island, has been charged with third degree assault as a hate crime and harassment.
Stiviano claimed 2 men attacked her Sunday night outside the Gansevoort Hotel in NYC.
Her attorney says both men punched her and hurled racial slurs. source
