Fashion designer L’Wren Scott, the woman who dated Rolling Stones frontman Mick Jagger for more than a decade, was found dead today in her Manhattan apartment of an apparent suicide.
Police were summoned to her Chelsea apartment at 10:05 a.m. ET and found her lifeless body. The cause of death is being investigated.

Jagger is currently on tour with his band, and recently arrived in Australia.
“Looking forward to the first show in Perth,” he tweeted just four hours ago.

Scott was a renowned stylist and fashion designer whose clothes have been worn by A-listers including Nicole Kidman, Angelina Jolie and Penelope Cruz. In February, she announced that she had canceled her London Fashion Week show.
