Russell Brand Cancels Shows After Learning His Mom Has Breast Cancer

Russell Brand has cancelled several upcoming performances in order to spend some time with his mom Barbara after learning that she has been diagnosed with breast cancer.

Brand spoke about his mother’s illness, saying, “My mother has currently got breast cancer.”

Social media prognosticated Russell’s health after he pulled out of a recent show due to “family reasons”, then he cancelled a sold-out date at Derby’s Assembly Rooms soon afterwards.
