Taylor Swift just got a restraining order against a kooky stalker who threatened to kill anyone who got in his way, including Secretary of State John Kerry.
Swift filed legal docs which resulted in a restraining order against Timothy Sweet, a man the singer claims has tracked her since January, 2011, reports TMZ.
Sweet sent emails, letters, and social media posts professing his love for her.

Swift’s reps says she’s worried for her safety and the safety of her family.
