Taylor Swift confronted by a loony fan who somehow got right past security. The kid got close enough to Swift to hand her a note which could have easily been a knuckle sandwich, tackle or other assault.
This boils down to a complete and utter security FAIL and Taylor should strongly consider firing the folks involved immediately.
