Furthermore, why are you carrying and paying license fees to other networks with less viewership and lower ratings while refusing to carry INSP — a free network with higher viewership and ratings?

We miss INSP on DirecTV. However, if you dial 1-844-GET-INSP, all you get is the message "The number you have dialed has not been recognized". In other words, INSP is telling you to call a number that does not exist. They also are not answering DirecTV's explanation, which sounds pretty lame. At this point, we are disappointed in DirecTV and INSP.
