Sheriff’s deputies on Friday responded to a shopping center in La Crescenta-Montrose, where a man had barricaded himself inside a store and was threatening to commit suicide, authorities said. The deputies responded to a Verizon Wireless store at the Marketplace Shopping Center, located in the 2600 block of Foothill Boulevard, according to KTLA.
*UPDATE. The cops discovered that the barricaded suspect in this case ended his own life.
