The romance news comes as photos of the love birds holding hands recently surfaced. In the PDA pics of them going public, Upton and Chmerkovskiy are all smiles while strolling down the street in NYC’s West Village neighborhood. Upton looked cute in workout gear while Chmerkovskiy sported skinny jeans and a pink button-down shirt. Both sported black sunglasses during the daytime outing.
